  • Mix ketchup, tomato juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and ginger until blended.
  • Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; stir-fry 2 min. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Add ketchup mixture; stir. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer in medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is done.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with lemon wedges.
