  • Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 8 wooden skewers.
  • Grill 7 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Combine 1/2 cup finely chopped English cucumbers, 1/2 cup plain Balkan-style yogurt, 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing and 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint. Serve with the skewers.

Note

Prepare using mild or hot curry paste, depending on your taste preference.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with steamed brown rice, cooked green beans and a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.
