  • Microwave jelly in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until melted. Add next 6 ingredients; mix well. Pour half the jelly mixture over chicken; mix lightly. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
  • Grill 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining jelly mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a bed of lettuce with extra prepared jelly mixture on the side.

Special Extra

For an Hawaiian twist, add chunks of fresh pineapple to skewers before grilling as directed.
