  • Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in cheese just before serving.

For a Thicker Consistency

Mash some of the beans with a fork during the 20-min. simmer time.

Serving Suggestion

Serve topped with chopped avocados and fresh cilantro.
