Heat oven to 350°F. Assemble dip in ovenproof baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until dip is heated through and shredded cheese is melted. Serve as directed.
Mix 1 seeded and chopped fresh jalapeno pepper with chili before spreading over cream cheese.
Prepare as directed, using Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread and/or 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans for the chili.
Substitute 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans for the chili.

I like tge variation with the refried beans. It sounds yummy. I would put te refried beans 2 avocados with a tbsp of emon juice then thecream cheese then for a twist add a sm 500 ml of sour ***** mixed with taco seasoning to taste then top with the cheese mentioned and finally with the fresh tomatoes and green onions mentioned. J
I make this all the time for my husband and we both love it!!!
I too have been making this recipe for years and often do not add the tomatoes or green onions and it is still a hit.
