  • Combine dry seasonings. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 min. or until done. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 min. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
  • Add vegetables to skillet; stir-fry 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, gradually adding water to skillet to help prevent vegetables from drying out and sticking to bottom of skillet.
  • Return chicken to skillet; stir-fry 1 min. or until heated through. Add dressing; stir-fry 1 min. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Special Extra

Serve topped with Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese and light sour cream.

Serving Suggestion

Serve wrapped in warmed whole wheat tortillas, or large romaine lettuce leaves.
