  • Combine chicken, garlic and ginger. Roll into 1-inch balls. Brown on all sides in oil in large saucepan. Drain off fat.
  • Add broth and water. Bring to boil. Stir in noodles and snow peas. Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add green onions and lemon juice. Serve immediately.

Substitute

use any fine noodle in place of rice vermicelli
