  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
  • Mix dry jelly powder and corn starch in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir until jelly powder is dissolved. Add to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.

Special Extra

Add 1-1/2 tsp. minced gingerroot or 3/4 tsp. ground ginger to cooked chicken mixture in skillet along with the broth, dressing and garlic.

Serving Suggestion
