  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, mustard seed and pepper; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 10 min. or until onions are caramelized, stirring frequently. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until tender.
  • Drain potatoes; place in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup dressing; toss until evenly coated. Let stand 10 min.
  • Add onions, beans and remaining dressing to potato mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with chives.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using white new potatoes, or a combination of red and white new potatoes. If potatoes are large, cut them into quarters before cooking and using as directed.

How to Blanch the Green Beans

Add beans to saucepan of boiling water; cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 min. or just until bright green in color. Drain, then immediately plunge beans into bowl of ice water. When completely cool, drain beans and pat dry.
