  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  • Thread remaining ingredients alternately onto 8 skewers.
  • Grill skewers 12 to 15 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with pineapple sauce mixture.

Substitute

Substitute a green bell pepper for the poblano chile.

Note

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using as directed to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
