Dessert can be part of a balanced diet, but remember to keep tabs on portions.

How to Select Bananas

The number of brown spots on a banana peel indicates the ripeness - the more brown the banana, the riper it is. Store bananas at room temperature. Very ripe bananas can be stored for a few days in the refrigerator. While the peel will darken upon refrigeration, the fruit inside will not be affected.

I've never created a review before but had to for this recipe. This cake is great! I freeze some cut up in squares and when we are craving dessert, just put a serving in the microwave to warm it up and it tastes like it just came out of the oven! It is easy to make and tastes delicious!

This was a huge success both times I made it, however, first time around I hadn't put the oven shelf straight, so the batter overflowed! What was edible was sooo delicious I made it a second time, and was even better! 10:10
