  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Prepare cake batter as directed on package, blending dry pudding mix, bananas and cinnamon into batter before spooning into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Special Extra

Stir 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon into 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping. Spread onto muffins.
