This is a nice light dessert that is very simple to make. I used raspberries on the bottom, blue berries in the middle and then topped it off with strawberries and some chocolate shavings. I also used an extra 1/2 cup of whipped cream to make the pudding part fluffier. Yummy!
I made this for New year's Eve dinner to bring in 2013. It was so easy to make and everyone loved it. It look beautiful too.
I took this dessert to some friends as my contribution to our dinner. I got raves, it was so simple to make and so light after a large meal, we all loved it. I used what I had on hand which was original instant choc pudding and Lactaid for milk.
