  • Chop 1/2 cup nuts; reserve for later use. Combine remaining nuts with next 3 ingredients in large bowl.
  • Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Cook butter and caramels in saucepan on low heat 5 to 7 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Pour over cracker mixture; mix well.
  • Spoon caramel mixture into prepared pan; press with back of spoon to form even layer. Sprinkle with reserved nuts; press gently into caramel mixture to secure.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until completely cooled before cutting into bars.


Prepare using chopped pecans or walnuts.


Substitute 1-1/2 cups Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for the chopped chocolate.

How to Store

Store any leftover bars in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
