  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Base:

  • Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides. Process flour, sugar and cinnamon in food processor until blended. Add butter; pulse until mixture forms dough. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until lightly browned; cool. Meanwhile, prepare Filling.
  • Filling:

  • Bring ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium-high heat, whisking constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour over Base. Refrigerate 2 hours. or until firm.
  • Topping:

  • Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Pour over Filling; tilt pan to evenly cover filling. Refrigerate 20 min. or until firm before cutting into squares.
