Place piece of dental floss thread under the rolled-up dough. Bring the floss up around the dough, then cross it over the top to cut the dough into slices. Repeat with second roll-up.
Top the baked sticky buns with a cream cheese glaze. Just mix 60 g (about 1/4 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 Tbsp. water until blended. Drizzle over warm buns.
Place 1 bun on paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until warmed.
