  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside. Beat eggs, bananas, oil and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  • Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

    It was a good bread, but it was missing something, or I put too much chocolate in it(because I love it) maybe I,ll add a tsp vanilla next time. I will make it again.
