  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat eggs, oil and milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in bananas. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Shortcut

Substitute 1 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for the chopped Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate.

Note

For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight before slicing to serve.
