  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min.; cool.
  • Melt 3 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Stir in 3/4 cup Cool Whip; spread onto bottom of crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip to within 1/2 inch of edge. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Meanwhile, melt remaining chocolate. Dip strawberries in chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered plate. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Top with strawberries just before serving.


Prepare using Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread and Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping.
