Cut fruit snack rolls into 24 pieces. Cut 3/4-inch slits at one short end of each piece to resemble fringe. Tightly roll up lengthwise to make tassel.
For a chocolate filling, melt 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate as directed on package; cool. Stir into Cool Whip until evenly blended. Spoon into resealable plastic bag and continue as directed.
