  • Cut each kiwi into 4 slices; pat dry with paper towels. Insert wooden pop stick into side of each slice. Mix chocolate and oil until blended.
  • Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip kiwi, 1 slice at a time, in chocolate mixture, turning to evenly coat bottom half of each slice; place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with coconut.
  • Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.

Substitute

Substitute coloured sprinkles for the coconut.
