  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix flour, baking powder and soda. Beat next 2 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add egg, honey and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour mixture and chocolate. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Cooled cookies can be stored in airtight container in freezer up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
