  • GREASE a 6 cup (1.5L) loaf pan and line with wax paper.
  • MELT semi-sweet chocolate over hot water, with 1/4 cup (50mL) butter and melt the white chocolate with remaining butter. Cool.
  • WHIP eggs until slightly thick. Fold into semi-sweet chocolate. Fold one-half of the crushed wafers into the semi-sweet mixture and add the other half of the wafers into the white chocolate.
  • PLACE by alternating spoonfuls into prepared loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm.
  • SERVE in thin slices with fruit.
