  • Mix peanut butter and icing sugar until blended. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Combine flour and baking powder. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3 to 3-1/2 min. or until almost melted. Add butter; stir until chocolate and butter are completely melted. Stir in brown sugar and eggs. Add flour mixture; mix well.
  • Roll chocolate mixture into 24 (1-1/2-inch) balls, then roll peanut butter mixture into 24 (1/4-inch) balls.
  • Place 1 chocolate ball on work surface; press until flattened. Top with 1 peanut butter ball. Wrap chocolate dough around peanut butter ball until completely enclosed. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining chocolate and peanut butter balls.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cookies are soft to the touch but tops are still slightly shiny. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Make Ahead

These cookies can be baked ahead of time. Cool completely, then wrap in plastic wrap and place in airtight container or freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 1 month. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
