  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in large bowl. Whisk all remaining ingredients except peanut butter in separate bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened.
  • Pour half the batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1 min. or until melted; stir. Pour over batter; cover with remaining batter. Swirl gently with knife.
  • Bake 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Make Ahead

This deliciously moist bread can be baked ahead of time. Cool, then wrap tightly and freeze up to 1 month.

Serving Suggestion

Toast 1 bread slice, then spread with 1 Tbsp. of your favourite flavour of Kraft Peanut Butter.
