Since this impressive cake serves 16 people, it makes a great dessert to serve at your next special occasion.
To prepare as cupcakes, line 24 muffin pan cups with paper liners. Prepare cake batter and cream cheese mixture as directed. Spoon 1/4 cup cake batter into each prepared muffin cup; top with 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture and an additional 1/4 cup cake batter. Bake 20 to 22 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove cupcakes from pans to wire racks; cool completely. Prepare cream cheese glaze as directed; drizzle over cupcakes. Makes 24 servings.
