  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Cook chorizo in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally; drain. Add red peppers and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and jalapeño peppers; cook 4 to 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Roll dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread with sauce; top with chorizo mixture and tomatoes.
  • Bake 10 min. Top with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Serving Suggestion

For added colour and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.
