    A family favourite, especially on those busy days. Very filling meal. The kids love it. I substituted a can of 9 beans blend for the beef and the kids actually liked it better.

    Tasty dish - better the second day as the flavours blend more. I used 1/2 salsa and 1/2 diced tomatoes instead of the stewd tomatoes.
