  • Toss meat, in batches, with flour until evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Add peppers and onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add broth, chili sauce and cumin; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

Make Ahead

This flavourful chili, which freezes well, can be prepared ahead of time. Cool the chili, then ladle into freezer containers. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator before reheating to serve.
