For a chicken salad with tropical flavour, omit vegetables, mustard and celery seed. Combine chicken and 1/2 cup each chopped pineapple, apples and mangos in large bowl. Mix Miracle Whip and 2 tsp. curry powder. Add to chicken mixture; toss to coat.
The yellow peppers in this tasty chicken salad provide an excellent source of vitamin C.
