  • Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix and the cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

  • Spoon evenly into four dessert dishes.

  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.

Made this last night when the family was in for supper. They just loved it - in fact, they licked their dishes when they were done! It was easy to make and was very light and almost refreshing, thanks to the cinnamon, I think. Am going to try it with other flavours of pudding, minus the cinnamon, but maybe find something else to add instead.
