  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Unroll pastry on lightly floured surface; spread with cream cheese product. Sprinkle with nuts to within 1/4 inch of one short side; roll up, starting at opposite short side. Place, seam side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Freeze 15 min. or until firm. Transfer to cutting board; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Place, cut sides up, on prepared baking sheet; brush with egg.
  • Bake 23 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.


Substitute chopped pecans for the pistachios.

Assemble pinwheels as directed. Place on prepared baking sheet and brush with egg as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed.
