  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grate outer coloured peel from fruit. Mix peel with coating mix, then use to coat chicken as directed on package.
  • Cut fruit into thin slices. Arrange evenly on bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan; top with chicken.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F). Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package and steam vegetables during the last 10 min. of the chicken baking time. Serve with the chicken.


Prepare as directed, using Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix.

    the chicken had a nice taste wife and kids ate it all up

    The only thing I would change would be to put the lemon and lime slices on the bottom layer and the orange slices on top. The chicken tasted the best when it rested on the oranges.
