    My family loved it! It's quick, easy, and I'm definitely making it again.

    I made this with turkey chunks. If the mandarins aren`t really dry reduce the mayo to prevent a watery mixture. Also good with crackers or served in a lettuce leaf if going low carb! Nice flavour, just needs salt.
