  • Heat oven to 300°F.
  • Beat egg white and sugar in medium bowl with fork until foamy. Stir in all remaining ingredients except nuts. Add nuts; toss to evenly coat.
  • Spread onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until dried and lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.


Substitute ground allspice for the cloves.
