My husband & I both liked it a lot, all 3 of my kids refused to eat it after 1 bite. I would not make it again simply because it's too much work for just us to eat, if the kids had liked it I would make it again though.
Sooooo easy to make and interesting at the same time, something nice and different for dinner of lunch, served it with a nice huge salad and awesome. Jules
Awesome! I have 2 out of 4 picky eaters, they all loved it, came back for seconds! Enough left over for lunch the next day - they never ate leftovers before! Great tasting, easy to make, I had all the ingredients in the house and never had to make a list and go buy!
