  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cook cabbage leaves in pan of boiling water 5 min. or until softened; drain. Rinse under cold running water to cool; drain well. Pat dry with paper towel.
  • Combine rice, parsley, cheese, egg and 1/3 cup pasta sauce; spoon onto centres of cabbage leaves, adding about 1/4 cup rice mixture to each leaf. Fold in sides of each leaf, then roll up burrito style.
  • Spread half of the remaining pasta sauce onto bottom of 3-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Arrange cabbage rolls over sauce; top with remaining pasta sauce. Drizzle with water; cover.
  • Bake 1 hour or until heated through.

Make Ahead

These delicious cabbage rolls can be assembled ahead of time. Place in airtight container, then freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before baking as directed.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with crusty bread.
