This is really good ... I made it in the morning before work and it wasn't soggy at all at lunchtime. It works with tuna too!
This is fantastic! There are so many flavors and textures in this! My 10 year old daughter really enjoys it. For a quicker version, I used some low fat breaded chicken breast strips. So good!
