  • Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Stir in wine; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Discard any mussels with cracked or broken shells. Add remaining mussels to ingredients in saucepan; cover. Cook 12 to 15 min. or until most the mussel shells open, adding pasta sauce for the last 3 min. Remove and discard any unopened shells.
  • Sprinkle with basil.
