  • Pour boiling water over vermicelli in large bowl; let stand 5 min. Drain.
  • Heat half the oil in wok or large deep skillet on high heat. Add chicken and hot sauce; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat remaining oil in wok. Add red peppers; stir-fry 3 min. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min. Add all remaining ingredients except bean sprouts, onions, cilantro and nuts; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Return chicken to wok along with the vermicelli and bean sprouts; stir-fry 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.

Variation

Substitute ground pork for the chicken and/or fresh parsley for the cilantro.

Variation

Omit hot pepper sauce. Prepare recipe using Heinz Hot & Spicy Ketchup.
