  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Toss potatoes with 1 Tbsp. dressing; spread onto half of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, mix chicken, onions, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing just until blended; shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs.
  • Add meatballs to baking sheet with potatoes; bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF). About 5 min. before meatballs and potatoes are done, add beans to pan of boiling water; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Drizzle meatballs with remaining dressing. Serve with potatoes and drained beans.


Substitute steamed fresh broccoli for the cooked green beans.
