  • Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 to 25 min. or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add garlic and herbs; mix well. Stir in flour; cook and stir 1 min. Add tomato juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in carrots. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and top with corn.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Drain potatoes, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Return potatoes to pan. Add butter and milk; mash until potatoes are smooth, adding reserved water if necessary to get potatoes to desired consistency. Spoon potatoes over corn.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Lightly drag the tines of a fork across potato layer in baking dish to make a decorative pattern before baking as directed.
