  • Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
  • Whisk egg and Parmesan in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 3 min. Add broth and cream cheese to pan; cook 3 min. or until cream cheese has melted. Add drained pasta and toss to combine. Add egg mixture and bacon; cook for 2 min. Sprinkle with parsley; serve.


Swap out the parsley for fresh basil.


Try recipe with 1/3 cup cooked pancetta instead of bacon.


Use white wine in place of broth.
