  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut tops off peppers; chop finely. Remove and discard seeds. Cook peppers, meat and onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add rice and 1 cup tomato sauce; mix well.
  • Mix remaining tomato sauce and water in 9-inch square baking dish. Stand peppers in baking dish; fill with meat mixture. Cover.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until peppers are tender. Serve peppers topped with sauce from bottom of dish.
