  • TOP each cracker with some shredded meat or cheese and then with some lettuce.
  • COVER each with a second cracker.
  • SPREAD with more mayonnaise and top with a bit of bacon, tomato, and more lettuce.
  • COVER with a third cracker.
  • SERVE immediately or make up ahead of time.
  • BEFORE serving, microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or bake at 325°F (160°C) in oven until heated through.
