  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook butter, sugar and cocoa powder in large saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. (Mixture will be thick.) Remove from heat. Whisk in eggs, coffee and vanilla until blended. Add flour; mix well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.
