Bake and refrigerate flans as directed. Run metal spatula or knife around edges of flans. Invert onto plates; shake lightly to loosen. Gently twist to remove ramekins. To soften any remaining caramel in ramekins, dip bottoms of ramekins in hot water; spoon caramel over flans.
