  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in separate bowl until blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 5 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Special Extra

Stir 1/4 cup flaked coconut or chopped macadamia nuts into batter before pouring into prepared pan and baking as directed.
