  • In small bowl, sprinkle gelatine over water and let soak 10 min., do not stir.
  • Meanwhile, in medium saucepan heat milk, half-and-half, coffee, vanilla and sugar to a simmer over medium heat; stir occasionally to dissolve sugar. When mixture simmers, immediately turn off heat; add gelatine mixture, stirring to dissolve gelatine.
  • Pour mixture into 8 small dessert glasses or small jars. Refrigerate uncovered 2 hours.

Special Extra

Top each panna cotta with 1 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
