  • Chop 2 cups of the blueberries; place in medium bowl. Add remaining 1 cup whole blueberries and remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover.
  • Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
  • Serve as a topping for cooked meat or as a dip. Refrigerate any remaining salsa.

Variation - Cool, Sweet and Spicy Salsa

For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot pepper sauce or 1 chopped jalapeno with the remaining ingredients.

Great As a Side

This is great to cool down the heat from eating a spicy dish or as an accompaniment to your favourite grilled meat.
